Beijing Guoan Football Club

Football is increasingly growing in popularity in China. Beijing Guoan Football is one of the finest football clubs of the country with an infra structure par excellence.

Beijing Guoan Football Club is a Chinese Super League team, and is part of the CITIC Group (China International Trust and Investment Corporation).

The Team bagged the second place of the Jia A (Top Chinese Football League before the forming of Chinese Super League) in 1995 and third place in 1997, 1998 and 2002.

The club boasts of administrative offices, dormitory of the coaches and players, meeting room and dining room as well as the other attached rooms, and one football training field and physical training center.

The club came into being in 1992. Its host stadium Beijing Workers' Stadium can accommodate more than 60,000 spectators and was the proud host of the opening and closing ceremony, football finals and track and field competitions of the 11th Asian Games.
