Li Family Restaurant

Situated in a courtyard of Yangfang hutong in Beijing, there is a special restaurant named Li Jia Cai Restaurant (Li Family Restaurant) which is devoted to Imperial Court Food. The initiator of Li Jia Cai is Li Shanlin, a retired professor on mathematics, who also has great interest in cooking.

The restaurant's imperial dishes are cooked and served by the Li family in a cozy, informal atmosphere. Professor Li had set up the restaurant in 1985.

For the gourmet it offers a wide range of the dishes especially listed from the Chinese chart. They use traditional ingredients and no flavor is added. The wine is list offers you the best you can think of and the service is extremely fast.
