Fragrant Hill Mountain Yoga Retreat Centre

This Yoga centre rests in the natural beauties of the western mountains of Beijing. It is located in an idyllic country chalet at the Fragrant Hills next to the Temple of the Azure Clounds.

Mountain yoga is an organization dedicated to the development of yoga science in China, with two retreat centres in Fragrant Hills and one retreat centre in Puzhao Temple.

The center practices and teaches Hatha, Karma, Mantra, Ashtanga and Bhakti Yogas as well as other branches that are flexible enough to be applied according to individual needs and aims to integrate all aspects of our being. This provides access to the wide scope of traditional yoga practices and presenting them in a way which is meaningful and relevant to modern day life as well as an exposure to Chinese history, culture, philosophy and religion. You can also join the weekly class for a test.

The center provides training to everybody, regardless of social background or age, with tools for health, peace of mind and an inspired vision for their lives.
