The Great Ancient Capital Of Beijing

There must be something about Beijing that makes the Chinese automatically think of it as the base for their kingdoms and governments, from the time that it was called Peking up to today that the Communists have renamed it Beijing.

It's a shame though that they have not managed to control the air pollution here, which may affect the health of all  athletes during the 2008 Summer Olympic Games to be held in Beijing.
